Whitney Biennial

ART PROJECT: CREATIVE CAPITALISM / FROM WALLSTREET TO THE WHITNEY

Because of the work we had done with our art books and record label, we were invited to take part in a pirate radio station interview about our work by John Brummit, who was a selected artists at the Whitney Biennial in 2009. A group of us decided to create an art action out of it, carved the word “Capitalism” out of foam rubber, and walked it from Wallstreet to the Whitney via the subway ending in an interview about the art and music publishing label.
